Groupon Settles Derivative Suit Over 2011 IPO
Groupon Inc. announced in Illinois federal court Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to end a derivative suit brought by shareholders who say the board of directors' failure to correct accounting mistakes prior to a $658 million IPO in 2011 dealt a "huge blow" to the company.
