ArrivalStar Targets Garmin Over Vehicle-Tracking Patents
In an ongoing campaign to protect their tracking and logistics system patents, ArrivalStar SA and Melvino Technologies Ltd. sued Garmin International Inc. in Illinois federal court Friday, alleging the GPS manufacturer infringed patents covering a vehicle proximity notification system.
