Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Friday accused Warner Chilcott PLC and Mayne Pharma Group Ltd. of conspiring to prevent and delay generic competition to its anti-acne and bacterial infection drug Doryx by making minor changes to the drug every few years, with no real benefit.
