Prudential Can't Shake Military Families' Benefits Suit
A New Jersey federal judge Wednesday refused to toss a putative class action brought by military families against Prudential Insurance Co. of America and the U.S. government over benefits denied to beneficiaries of servicemen who were disabled at the time of death, saying the families had sufficiently pled their claims.
