Deutsche, BofA Escape Pa. Foreclosure Fee Suit
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday tossed a putative class action accusing Bank of America NA and Deutsche Bank AG subsidiaries of charging improper attorneys' fees in foreclosure proceedings, finding the plaintiff had been "disingenuous" and had not personally paid those bills.
