    Estee Lauder, Mary Kay Seek Appeal In Animal Testing Row

    The Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. and Mary Kay Inc. asked a California federal judge on Monday to let them appeal recent decisions in two putative class actions alleging they failed to properly disclose their animal testing practices, saying the rulings put too broad a disclosure duty on manufacturers.
