    9th Circ. Sends CH Robinson Employee's Suit to Arbitration

    In a published decision Friday, a Ninth Circuit panel said a district court erred in finding the arbitration clause in transportation company C.H. Robinson's incentive bonus agreement was illegal, ruling the unconscionable portion of the contract could be severed without harming its overall validity.
