    State Farm Sues To Dodge $9M Junk Fax Judgment

    State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. filed a complaint on Wednesday in Wisconsin claiming that a policy held by WRT Specialties Inc. does not oblige the insurer to cover a WRT subsidiary's $8.9 million stipulated judgment for sending junk faxes in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
