    Syngenta Hit With Patent Suit Over Ethanol Corn

    A nonprofit group affiliated with the University of Nebraska on Wednesday sued a Syngenta AG unit in Nebraska federal court, accusing the agricultural products company of patent infringement over genetically engineered corn seeds used to produce ethanol.
