CBOE Renews Bid To Nix ISE's Options Trading Patent
A CBOE Holdings Inc. unit on Wednesday renewed its quest to stamp out a patent for automated options exchange trading held by rival International Securities Exchange LLC — which has sued CBOE for infringement — asking an Illinois federal judge to declare the patent invalid, unenforceable and not infringed.
