    Boehringer Can't Shake Pradaxa Warning Label Claims

    An Illinois federal judge on Thursday kept alive accusations that Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals Inc. failed to warn a Louisiana man of bleeding risks associated with its oral anticoagulant Pradaxa, ruling the drugmaker hadn't shown its labeling carried the necessary disclosures.
