Cornell's $367M Superfund Deal OK'd Over Exxon's Objections
A New Jersey federal judge on Thursday approved a settlement agreement that calls for Cornell-Dubilier Electronics Inc. to pay $367 million in cleanup costs to resolve the federal government's Superfund contamination suit, overruling objections from Exxon Mobil Corp. that the agreement is based on collusion.
