Jack in the Box Inc. reached a settlement Wednesday with Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. after the Mexican food chain accused the fast food franchise of infringing on its "chipotle" trademarks to sell chicken sandwiches.

Chipotle Springs Trademark Suit On Jack In The Box
Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. on Friday slapped Jack in the Box Inc. with a trademark suit in Colorado federal court, accusing the fast food outfit of infringing its "chipotle" marks in order to sell chicken sandwiches in Jack in the Box restaurants.
