    Ghirardelli Chocolate Co. will fork over $5.25 million to end a putative class action accusing the famed San Francisco chocolatier of improperly advertising certain products as containing natural white chocolate when instead they contain white chocolate-like artificial flavoring, according to documents filed on Wednesday in California federal court.
