    Switch Patent Owner Hit With Fees For 'Unreasonable' Suit

    Citing the U.S. Supreme Court's recent Octane Fitness ruling, a California federal judge has ordered Action Star Enterprise Co. Ltd. to pay attorneys' fees to KaiJet Technology International Ltd., which it unsuccessfully sued over a computer switch patent, as a sanction for bringing an "unreasonable" suit.
