    Insurers Shake Claims For Coverage Of $12M Oil Well Loss

    A Louisiana federal judge on Tuesday freed a pair of insurers from claims that they must indemnify a driller in Solstice Oil & Gas I LLC's $12 million suit over an allegedly botched oil well project, agreeing with the insurers that the energy company hadn't claimed property damage covered under the policies.
