    Insurer Ducks $36M Claims In Mining Plant Damages Case

    A Utah federal judge ruled Tuesday that Lexington Insurance Co. doesn't have to cover more than $36 million in damage to a mining plant caused by testing at the facility, concluding that CML Metals Corp. failed to prove that those damages stemmed from problems that occurred while Lexington's policy was in effect.
