    33 States Sue Hitachi, Mitsubishi Alleging DRAM Cartel

    Toshiba Corp., Hitachi Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Corp. were hit Tuesday with suits from 33 states and a putative class of indirect purchasers who claim the companies fixed dynamic random access memory prices, though at least some of the suits appear to be a step toward approval of settlements.
