The Kroger Co., food safety auditor Primus Group Inc. and distributor Frontera Produce Ltd. have resolved claims in a wrongful death suit over a 2011 listeria outbreak from tainted cantaloupe that killed at least 30 people, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
