    Cases Over Faulty Caterpillar Engines Combined In NJ

    The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation said Wednesday that five class actions against Caterpillar Inc. over faulty bus engines could be consolidated in New Jersey, ordering the transfer of four cases from California, Florida, Louisiana and Pennsylvania federal courts to the Garden State.
