    A Texas federal judge on Wednesday let Ford Motor Co. off the hook for one patent claim over the sound system Affinity Labs Inc. claims the auto giant ripped off but denied its bid to dodge the other patent in the suit, saying Ford hasn't proved it didn't infringe the portable sound-system technology.
