    A Texas federal judge on Wednesday ruled that oil field services giant Schlumberger Technology Corp. couldn't sue rival Baker Hughes Inc. in federal court for allegedly using drilling technology that violates two Schlumberger patents, saying they have to arbitrate the dispute.
