    Game Maker Beats Contract Suit Over Lost Midwest Profits

    Gaming machine maker AMI Entertainment Network Inc. escaped a suit Tuesday in Pennsylvania federal court claiming the company failed to provide software to a Midwestern game supplier and conspired with the supplier's attorney to craft a licensing contract that absolved AMI of liability for any breach.
