    New York-based private equity group BC Partners Ltd. was hit with a class action Friday by laid-off employees of its Texas subsidiaries, ATI Enterprises Inc. and ATI Acquisition Co., alleging workers were not given fair warning of staff cutbacks after BC acquired the companies two years ago.
