    EON Sues Apple, LG, Pantech Over Wireless Data Patents

    Wireless technology company EON Corp. IP Holdings LLC sued Apple Inc., LG Electronics MobileComm USA Inc. and Pantech Wireless LLC in Texas federal court on Wednesday, saying the consumer electronics makers infringed several patents for wireless nationwide data transmission technology.
