    Southwest WiFi Patent Suit Hits Delay Amid USPTO Review

    A California federal judge Monday indicated he will stay Advanced Media Networks LLC's patent infringement lawsuit against Southwest Airlines Co. and in-flight Internet provider Row 44 Inc., saying it wouldn't make sense to proceed while the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office re-examines the two mobile network patents at issue.
