Fed. Circ. Backs MIT In Cell-Growing Mesh Patent Case
The Federal Circuit on Thursday affirmed a win for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in its patent infringement suit against Shire Pharmaceuticals Inc. over the drugmaker's Dermagraft treatment for diabetic foot ulcers, saying the district court's claim constructions were correct and that a key term was not indefinite.
