Sands, Venetian Duck False Ad Suit For 'Resort Fee'
A Nevada federal judge on Friday tossed a proposed class action accusing Las Vegas Sands LLC and Venetian Casino Resort LLC, finding that the companies did not falsely advertise the prices of the rooms in a Las Vegas hotel and casino.
