A California federal judge on Tuesday ordered a former Microsoft Corp. employee to explain why his $3.8 million wrongful termination suit should not be litigated in Libya, the place where he claims he was traumatized while working at Microsoft's Tripoli office during the country's violent 2011 revolution.
