    Sterlite Sued Over Legal Fees From Failed $2.6B Asarco Deal

    Law firm Harkins Cunningham LLP filed a breach of contract suit against Sterlite (USA) Inc. and its Indian parent in Washington federal court Tuesday, claiming the mining company failed to pay the firm for services related to Sterlite's alleged breach of a $2.6 billion acquisition of bankrupt miner Asarco LLC.
