    DuPont Sues Easton-Bell Over Use Of Kevlar Trademark

    DuPont Co. on Monday launched a trademark suit against Easton-Bell Sports Inc. in Delaware federal court, arguing the sports equipment manufacturer is unlawfully using DuPont's Kevlar mark on packaging for its bicycle tires and locks.
