    Hyundai Gets Atty Fees For Defending Dealer's Fee Appeal

    Hyundai Motor America has agreed to accept $85,000 in attorneys' fees for an appellate squabble over fees that followed a suit attempting to block the automaker from ending a dealer contract over sales fraud allegations, a number reached after the Second Circuit ordered the fee award in September.
