Apple Settles Atty Fee Row After Linex's Patent-Suit Defeat
Apple Inc. told a California federal judge Monday that it had settled with Linex Technologies Inc. over attorneys fees in Linex's patent infringement suit over technology behind WiFi-enabled devices and wireless transmissions, after the judge said Linex owed millions in attorneys' fees in the "exceptional" case.
