Anti-abortion group The Radiance Foundation Inc. on Tuesday sued the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in Virginia federal court, seeking a judgment that its use of NAACP trademarks in news articles and promotional materials criticizing the civil rights organization's alleged support for abortion rights constitutes fair use.
