Law360, New York (October 16, 2013, 8:48 PM EDT) -- A Virginia federal judge on Tuesday refused to approve an anti-abortion group’s use of a mock name for the NAACP in its criticisms of the civil rights organization, saying too many facts are in dispute to decide the trademark case now.
