Hyundai Buyers Fight To Separate From Fuel-Economy MDL
Virginia consumers on Thursday urged a California federal judge to remand their case from multidistrict litigation accusing Hyundai Motors America and Kia Motors America of overstating vehicle fuel efficiency, arguing Hyundai's opposition to the remand makes misconduct claims against their counsel that distract from the issue at hand.
