    Marine Sues Continental For Stiffing Pilots Over Military Leave

    A pilot and Marine Corps reservist slapped United Continental Holdings Inc. and the Air Line Pilots Association union with a proposed class action in California Friday, claiming military leave time was counted against Continental pilots when divvying up a $175 million payout from the company.
