    Atty Fees In Amerisource Shareholder Deal To Be Reworked

    The Third Circuit on Thursday vacated an award of $550,000 in attorney fees in a settlement of a shareholder class action against Pennsylvania-based AmerisourceBergen Corp. that class counsel had opposed for falling below a jointly stipulated sum of $1 million, saying the district court did not provide an adequate explanation for the smaller fees.
