"FarmVille" developer Zynga Inc. asked a Maryland federal judge Wednesday to approve a consent judgment it reached with Imagenesis Corp. in Zynga's lawsuit accusing Imagenesis of infringing trademarks for the plaintiff's popular "Ville" themed games with the defendant's "MafiaVille."

"FarmVille" maker Zynga Inc. launched a suit in Maryland federal court Tuesday claiming Imagenesis Corp. is infringing its trademarks for its popular "Ville" themed games by way of Imagenesis' upcoming "MafiaVille" game.
