A South Carolina federal judge ruled Monday that Eli Lilly & Co. did not fail to adequately warn an Iraq War veteran that the antidepressant Cymbalta can cause so-called brain zaps and other withdrawal symptoms, finding that a stronger warning would not have altered his treatment.
