    ResCare Can't Duck Suit Over Job Seeker Credit Checks

    A West Virginia federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss a proposed class action accusing ResCare Inc. of looking into job applicants' credit backgrounds and consumer histories without their approval, rejecting the company's argument that a settlement offer it made to the plaintiff rendered his claims moot.
