    WR Grace Sues Teledyne Over Chemical-Process Patent

    Bankrupt chemical conglomerate W.R. Grace & Co. subsidiary Alltech Associates Inc. has hit Teledyne Technologies Inc. with a patent lawsuit in Delaware federal court, saying the defense contractor infringed four U.S. patents relating to a chemical-purification process widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, W.R. Grace announced Monday.
