    Famed upscale steakhouse Peter Luger of Long Island Inc. will fork over $250,000 to settle a proposed class action claiming it ripped off wait staff employees by withholding overtime pay and forcing them to pool tips, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, according to a Tuesday filing in New York federal court.
