US High Court Halts Same-Sex Marriage In Utah
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday reinstated Utah's ban on same-sex marriages while the Tenth Circuit weighs the state's appeal of a federal judge's decision striking down the ban as unconstitutional, halting the wave of marriages that began when the decision came down.
