    A Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday ordered marketer Shadow Beverages & Snacks LLC to pay $6 million to The American Outdoorsman Inc., a lifestyle brand and TV show, for failing to pay royalties on products it sold using the brand name, ruling the underlying contract stipulated 10 years of payments.
