    Sunland Sued Over Salmonella-Tainted Peanut Butter

    Gourmet chocolates producer Swain Creations Inc. sued Sunland Inc., the peanut products maker linked to a salmonella outbreak last year, in California federal court Thursday for allegedly distributing contaminated peanut butter that Swain asserts has caused it more than $1 million in damages.
