    GSA Didn't Exceed Authority In Freighter Audits, Judge Rules

    A D.C. federal court on Monday granted the General Services Administration's motion for summary judgment in a lawsuit filed by an industry group of motor carriers, saying that contrary to their complaint, the GSA is authorized to audit projects for which it has already paid money and request refunds if it finds overpayment.
