    Tyson Foods Exposed Workers To Toxic Gas, DOJ Says

    Tyson Foods Inc. agreed Thursday to a $4.25 million settlement to resolve allegations the same day by the the U.S. Department of Justice that its lax environmental controls at its facilities led to accidental releases of a toxic refrigerant gas that caused dozens of worker injuries in the past five years.
