The Massachusetts federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation against Fresenius USA Inc. over the alleged serious side effects of two of its dialysis drugs on Tuesday granted the Louisiana attorney general's bid to remand the state's suit from federal court, weeks after remanding a similar suit by Mississippi in MDL.
