FBI Told To Pay Atty Fees In Biometric Database Row
A D.C. federal judge on Wednesday ordered the FBI to fork over attorneys' fees to the Electronic Privacy Information Center in a suit seeking information about the government's massive new biometrics database, concluding that the privacy group had "substantially prevailed" on a matter of "significant public interest."
